Palmarosa Festival 2024

This edition of the Palmarosa festival in Montpellier has undergone an impressive transformation, evolving from a one-day event with a single stage to a three-day festival featuring two stages. To manage this growth, the festival turned to Rabbit One for overall management of the event, which showcased an eclectic lineup of renowned artists such as The Hives, Phoenix, and Gossip.

As the production manager, Rabbit One was instrumental in coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth operations throughout the festival. Their responsibilities included overseeing key elements like the purchase and setup of the stages, the installation of the main tent, and the coordination of the technical and production teams.
