On October 2nd, Infrabel opened its doors to the public for the Voka Open Bedrijvendag/Journée Découverte Entreprises. During that day, more than 11.000 people visited the 9 open Infrabel sites all over Belgium: Kortrijk, Dendermonde, Antwerp-Berchem, Ottignies, La Louvière and Angleur. Under the coordination of VO-Event, we took care of the logistic support, transport & installation for every of the 9 sites. We collected the furniture, signage, catering and security items in our warehouse, dispatched everything and managed the on-site crew for load-in and load-out.
